- Daily Inspection & Quality Assurance: You will supervise and ensure the immaculate cleanliness of our luxurious guest rooms, residence apartments, and staff quarters. Your daily inspections guarantee that every space meets the highest standards of the Kulm Quality Standards, Swiss Deluxe Hotels, and Leading Hotels of the World.
- Professional Training: With your expertise and passion for perfection, you will train our staff, significantly contributing to the excellence of our housekeeping team. You will foster and develop the talents of our employees, ensuring a motivated and high-performing team.
- Support During Peak Times: You are flexible and ready to step in when needed. During peak periods and as a relief, you provide hands-on support on the floors and in the residences. Your versatility and willingness to help make you an indispensable member of our team.
- Plant Care: With a keen eye for detail, you oversee the care of our orchids and floor plants, preserving the elegant atmosphere of our property.
- Guest Relations: You utilize your outstanding communication skills to personally and individually attend to our hotel and residence guests, especially our long-standing regulars. You ensure that every guest feels completely at home and enjoys an unforgettable stay.
- Technical Responsibility: You ensure the proper handling of all machines, furnishings, equipment, and cleaning agents. Your technical understanding and diligence contribute to the smooth operation of our property.
- Material Care & Discretion: You strictly adhere to the regulations for cleaning various materials and ensure the highest level of discretion in all matters concerning our guests and the hotel.
- Maintenance Lists & Inventories: In collaboration with the housekeeping manager, you create maintenance lists and conduct inventories to ensure thorough documentation and stock control.
This is you
- Experience in Luxury Hospitality: You have solid professional experience in a similar position and/or have worked as a room attendant in luxury hotels for several years. Your expertise in high-end hospitality makes you a true professional in your field.
- Language Skills: With your excellent command of German and English you can attend to our international guests at the highest level and impress them with your charm. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Commitment & Passion: Your attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and motivation to always deliver the best set you apart. You are a natural leader who takes responsibility and works with heart and mind.
