  • Supporting the Bar Manager in managing the team and organising the bar area (complaints management, staff management, staff training, shift planning)
  • Ensuring exemplary guest service and smooth operations during shifts
  • Preparation and presentation of drinks in compliance with high quality standards
  • Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in the bar area
  • Carrying out orders and stock management for the bar
  • Cashing up on the TCPOS cash register system & preparing the daily accounts
  • Working closely with the Bar Manager and other departments to ensure seamless service
  • Training and mentoring of bar staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Adhering to hotel policies and procedures in bar operations


This is you

  • Completed professional training
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the luxury hotel industry in the bar area
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, knowledge of other languages an advantage
  • Extensive knowledge in the preparation of classic and modern cocktails and other drinks
  • Knowledge of cigars and advising guests
  • Organisational talent
  • Stylish appearance, friendliness and charisma
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and a pronounced guest service orientation
